Build your Foundation 
If you want an effective management system, then you need a good foundation.  We help you fully brainstorm all your activities and include anything in your business that could put you at risk of loss, interruptions, liabilities or other. You can choose to include  Environmental, Safety, Quality and/or the HACCP or food safety Modules.

Build your system

Module 2 uses  the resources you identified in your foundation to help you build a system that controls your business and adds:

• feedback with corrective and preventive action;
• contingency planning for emergencies and
• documentied structure and responsibilities within your business.

Complete your system

Module 3 is where you complete your system with the extras like internal auditing and review to oversee your system and give it regular health checks. Adding Module 3 gets your business ready for ISO certification.

The modules do need to be done in the right order.  You would never try to put a roof on a building before you have built the foundations and maintaining your garden would be much harder work and less effective if you did not do the foundation tasks of preparing the soil and planning first.  This is comparable to the way our foundation modules form the basis for your management system.
