The Way the 'Easy to be Green' Program Helps You
You gain real ownership of the system that works for you
This is practical, common sense, nononsense award winning training and online consultancy that is proven over many years
- Choose your own pace to fit in with your workload
- You do not have to travel
- Help is still just an email away
- With a phone conference at the end of each module
You do this in 3 steps where each step is a 4 week module
Step 1 Build a good foundation Mindmap all your activities. You can choose to include environment, occupational safety, quality and/or food safety (HACCP) modules to allow you to tailor a system to suit your business..
Step 2 Build Your System based on the resources you identified in Module 1 and add feedback, contingency planning and a documented structure to make sure that the plans you developed in Module 1 go on working.
Step 3 Complete Your System Add even more feedback and continuous improvement. and be ready for Certification to ISO 14001 if you choose
..and you will be surprised how little it all costs and how much help you get...... AND you can do it online so you don't even need to leave your business.
ISO 14001, the International Standard for environmental management in around four months- You can do that!
The modules must be done in the right order. It is a bit like building a new garden. First you prepare your soil and the better you do this, the better your garden will grow. Then in Module 2 you add the seeds and in Module 3 you maintain your garden with your internal audits and review.
Yes, there is a time commitment needed from you because you are improving your business but you will find that when your system is in place, you will save time and money.
You build your system with the three modules (90 days total) and we leave about 2-3 weeks between modules. If you have chosen to do all three modules, you can be ready for audit.
If you want to integrate other modules like quality, occupational safety and HACCP this is easy because they are available as additional step 1 modules.
Some people learn by reading things and some learn by hearing. Most of us learn best with a mixture of both approaches plus doing. Each session provides both the reading and the hearing. You provide the ‘doing’ as you read and listen to the files and use or adapt the templates to build your own system. Then we follow up with a teleseminar and help is available between sessions when people find a problem.
