How Enviro Action's 'Easy to be Green' program works for you
The only real learning is where you establish your own system. Some people learn by reading things and some learn by hearing. Most of us learn best with a mixture of both approaches plus doing. Each session provides both the reading and the hearing. You provide the ‘doing’ as you read and listen to the files and use the templates to build your own system. We provide a discussion forum for your group to work together.

- With a phone conference at the end of each module
We suggest that you do each of the four sessions one week apart and implement all the work in that session before moving on to the next one. This avoids you becoming overwhelmed with what you plan to do "tomorrow". We keep in touch because we are here to serve you and we want to help you get the full benefit from it.
Yes, there is a time commitment needed from you because you are going to work on your business but you will find that when your system is in place, you will save time and money.
You can build your system with the three modules (90 days total) and we we usually take about 2-3 weeks between modules. This is when you can be ready for audit. Then most businesses find that it takes a couple of years to fully "bed down" a new system and when they reach this stage they get real benefits.
