Some of the worries I had with contractors and employees were so much less than they had coped with and they explained how they did it. This added perspective and a broader viewpoint.  It was very good to look outside our own industry to a broader viewpoint.

I found the online learning worked much better than when we had tried to get together as a group because as a group we tended to think in a smaller way and not move outside our old ideas. The online group worked really well
